We ship worldwide. Estimated international shipping time is 7-21 business days. Free International Shipping**

Canada retail customers receive free shipping with purchase of $50 or more. Duties, Customs, & Taxes may apply and will be billed separately.

** PLEASE NOTE: Free international shipping excludes all single items that have shipping weight over 4 LBS. Aroma2Go will choose the shipping method for international shipments that qualify for free shipping.

Return Policy

Our goal is to help you and your family live happier, healthier lives – and that includes ensuring you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are of not satisfied with products performance you can return it for a full refund minus your shipping and also a 20% restocking fee within 7 days of receiving it. If the item you received was incorrect, does not function properly or was damage during shipping, we will replace or credit back your account.
