TroubleShooting - USB Stick Diffuser ONLY

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS & 90 WARRANTY: (USB Diffuser ONLY)

Please visit the following website to watch a cleaning video on the USB Stick Diffuser: USBCleaning.com

ALL Desktop Diffusers come with a 1yr Warranty - ALL Essential Oils can be used in our desktop models.

How to Use: Simply fill the bottle approximately ¾ full, (over filling will result in oil spilling causing damage to the diffuser which will void the 90 day warranty) with an essential oil or blend, use ONLY pure essential oils. Using fragrance oils, thick oils or oils that have a carrier oil in them may cause the unit to malfunction.  The unit will NOT be replaced in this case.

Insert bottle into diffuser, slide lid in place, and plug the diffuser into a USB port.   NOTE:  Hot oils, such as clove, oregano, etc. and any blends that contain these oils may melt the plastic. We recommend if you use these oils, use them sparingly. To clean, unplug the diffuser and remove the oil bottle. Use the small cleaning dropper or a Q-Tip to drop 2-3 drops of alcohol into the ultrasonic disc (where the bottle goes in) and where the mist comes out). Plug the diffuser in, set it on the 10 second setting, and let run until all the alcohol is misted out. Unplug the diffuser and insert the oil bottle again and use as normal. You may have to clean bottle tip as well with alcohol.

"Avoid prolonged Surface Contact with mist. Surface Damage could result"

Important Warranty Information

These Essential Oils can be used but will VOID the warranty due to the large amount of “Phenols” in them. These oils may eat/disintegrate the plastic on the unit. Use with caution.

Clove, Thieves, Cinnamon, Thyme, Oregano, Melaleuca alternifolia, Wintergreen, Basil, Mountain Savory

AVOID OILS WITH HIGH VISCOSITY:

Oils that are thicker such as “Valor” or “Myrrh” will not work in this unit and cause it to clog. Use your own judgement. The viscosity of lavender and peppermint are perfect examples of what can be used and not void the warranty

Please NOTE: You can return the diffuser, if we find it is a working unit, we will notify you to pay the return shipping. If it is not a working unit, we will replace at no cost to for up to 3 months from date of purchase.

How to Clean Your Essential Oil Table Top Diffuser:

Essential oil diffusers come in many shapes and sizes. Aroma2Go is a leader in diffuser technology and would like to take a moment and explain how they work.

How do they work?

Essential oil diffusers break down the oils into tiny particles so that the aroma can be dispersed throughout the entire room. Relaxation is the most desired benefit of aromatherapy and this a great way to use essential oils since this brings a soothing and relaxing atmosphere to any room.   If your essential oil diffuser starts functioning improperly or even breaks it can be very frustrating.   Most of the time, all it needs is a proper cleaning, but it could also have technical issues and below are some tips that will let you know the difference.

Be Sure To Clean Your Essential Oil Diffuser

Cleaning your Aroma2Go diffuser on a regular basis is a fantastic idea.  Cleaning your diffuser can be a challenge if not properly maintained so staying up on this task will save you your hard earned cash if properly maintained.   We find most of the time, it’s a simple cleaning that will solve the issue so please take the steps below before you send in your diffuser.   Depending on the diffuser you purchased the steps will vary on the cleaning process.  We always suggest you read over your manual before you begin it’s operation.  Each diffuser can have several different functions so knowing what they are will better help you in this process.

8 Steps To Clean Your Aroma2Go Diffuser:

FOR SAFETY PURPOSES PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR DIFFUSER IS UNPLUGGED FROM ITS POWER OUTLET BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO CLEAN

- Using clean water fill your diffuser up about half way. Stopping below the max fill line will ensure the proper amount.

- Depending on your preference use up to 10 drops of pure white vinegar or rubbing alcohol in your diffuser.  This will remove the oils that have been used prior.

- Run for about 2-3 minutes.  This will allow the cleaning mixture to move throughout the unit.

- Pour out and discard the solution.

- Using a rag or a cotton swab clean around the corners and edges inside the diffuser

- Rinse with clean water.

- Dry it thoroughly and refill with clean water along with your favorite oils.

After Each Use:

The oils used in your essential oil diffuser can be very corrosive and you really do have to clean it out after each use for best longevity and performance of the unit. Further, the aroma and leftovers of each oil can severely affect your experience you have when you put another scent or oil in your diffuser.

After each use, please fully empty your essential oil diffuser of all water and oils, and give it at least a quick wipe with a damp cloth, Kleenex, or Q-tip.
