Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING - Shipping Rates are calculated based on weight and destination. We offer both USPS and UPS as methods of shipping. We ship Worldwide.
RETURNS: If you have a defective unit and its within the warranty period for that model, you have to return that unit back to our office via the lowest cost method. We will then have our technicians look at the unit to determine if it is in fact defective. If the unit is "NOT" defective after it is tested, we will return the same exact unit to you after you pay the return shipping rate. If the unit "IS" defective, we will return the unit at our expense and reimburse the shipping you paid to ship it back to us. If you simply do not like your product after trying it, it can return it for a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee. We will not reimburse the shipping cost back to us. We only offer full refunds on unopened, brand new condition items in their original packaging if purchased within 10 days or less from receiving. We only offer partial refunds (minus the 20% restocking) on items that you simply "do not like" if purchased within 15 days or less from receiving.
